Failings in Arboricultural Information Supporting the
Planning Application
We worked with a client who was struggling to get condition discharge for their recently obtained planning permission due to failings in the arboricultural information supporting the planning application.
Tree Care Company provided a new arboricultural method statement and accompanying tree protection plan which speeded up the process. We then carried out the required tree and vegetation work before installing full BS5837 Tree Protective fencing allowing the client to safely begin their project in the knowledge all the tree-related conditions had been met.
The result of this job was a very satisfied local authority Landscape Officer and an extremely happy client
