Project Information

Following a tree survey, Tree Care Company were the successful bidder to undertake the removal of over 25 severely defective and dangerous mature trees. The trees were situated throughout the site, including adjacent to neighboring highways. A further 60 matures were pruned to either alleviate defective structures or removal of deadwood from within their crowns.

Project Challenge

Being located in a large residential complex careful organisation with the client ensured the least amount of disturbance took place during the completion of the works.

The project also had to consider the impact on surrounding highways, which spread over two local authorities. Tree Care Company liaised with Leeds City Council and Bradford Metropolitan District Council to guarantee the most suitable traffic management was used which included two way traffic light system and for an amount of the work to be undertaken on a Sunday.
